Engineering

Founding Engineer

Co-own the platform with the founder. Ship full-stack across product, AI infra, and DX, and own entire product surfaces end-to-end — from spec to production.

What you'll own

  • Architect and ship core product surfaces (Evals, Autousers, Templates, MCP, CLI, integrations)
  • Build and tune the AI agent layer — calibration loops, persona rubrics, eval pipelines
  • Set the engineering bar: testing, observability, code review, deploy hygiene
  • Pair on hiring as we grow the team past two

Who you are

  • 5+ years shipping production web apps; comfortable across the stack
  • Built or tuned AI/LLM systems in production (RAG, agents, evals, fine-tuning)
  • Bias toward shipping; strong product instincts and opinions on DX
  • Want founding-level equity and to be the second name on the company

Go-to-market

Founding GTM / Sales

Build the GTM motion from zero — outbound, inbound, partnerships, and customer success — for a product used by design, product, and engineering teams. You'll own pipeline, demos, deals, and early account growth.

What you'll own

  • Run the full sales cycle: outbound, qualification, demos, close, expansion
  • Build the pipeline: ICP definition, channel experiments, content and community
  • Stand up CRM, sequences, dashboards, and the GTM playbook from scratch
  • Be the customer voice inside engineering — feed signal back into roadmap

Who you are

  • 5+ years selling technical products to design, product, or engineering buyers
  • You can architect a deal AND draft the cold email that opens it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — no playbook on day one, you build it
  • Want founding-level equity and to define the GTM identity
